Guidelines
Event registration rules govern the process of sign-up and participation in an event, outlining eligibility criteria, deadlines, and required information. Adherence to these regulations ensures a smooth and organized registration process for all participants.
General Guidelines
- Arrival: Students should arrive before 9 AM.
- Required Documents: Registered students must bring printed forms, school ID, and Aadhar card copies.
- Discipline: Maintain campus decorum.
- Parent/Attender Policy: Parents/attenders wait in designated area; no entry to competition area.
- Belongings: Keep belongings safe; organizers not responsible.
- Results: Announced after all performances.
- Certificates: All participants receive participation certificates.
- Winners: Receive certificates and prizes in the evening or at their address.
- Discipline Enforcement: Organizers may disqualify non-compliant participants.
Dance Competition Details
- Prizes: ₹5000 for each Solo & Group category (Junior, Senior, Open). Shield and Certificates for II & III Prize.
- Time Limit: Solo & Group songs limited to 4 mins.
- Group Size: Group dance allows up to 5 participants.
- Age Categories: All group participants must be in the same age category.
- Song Criteria: Only songs with decent lyrics are permitted.
- Preparation: Participants should be ready upon arrival.
- Music Submission: Songs on Pen drive with labelled names.
- Disqualification: Organizers may eliminate participants for inappropriate song choices.
Music Competition Details
- Prizes: ₹3000 for each category (Junior, Senior, Open). Shield and Certificates for II & III Prize.
- Accompaniment: Students can use Shruthi box or app.
- Time Limit: Maximum 5 minutes per participant.
Drawing Competition Details
Categories:
- Colouring (Kids 3-5 years): Topic – Scenery
- Drawing (Sub Junior 6-7 years): Topic – Vegetables or Fruits or Birds
- Drawing (Junior 8-10 years): Topic – Save water or Save soil
- Drawing (Senior 11-14 years): Topic – Indian Leader
Prizes:
- Colouring (Kids 3-5 years): First prize ₹1000. Shield and Certificates for II & III Prize.
- Drawing (Sub Junior 6-7 years): First prize ₹3000. Shield and Certificates for II & III Prize.
- Drawing (Junior 8-10 years): First prize ₹3000. Shield and Certificates for II & III Prize.
- Drawing (Senior 11-14 years): First prize ₹3000. Shield and Certificates for II & III Prize
Stationery & Provided Materials:
- Participants must bring their own stationery and Pad.
- Printouts provided for ColouringCategory. Charts provided for Drawing Categories.
Timings:
- Kids Colouring: 45 minutes
- Sub Junior: 60 minutes
- Junior: 90 minutes
- Senior: 120 minutes (2 hours)
Thirukural Recitation Competition Details
- Time Limit: Participants should recite maximum Thirukural in 4 mins with correct pronunciation.
- Confidence: Students should recite without hesitation.
- Hesitation Protocol: Judges allow 30 secs for hesitation. If hesitation continues, the student will be sent to parents.
Registration Fees Details
- Group Dance: ₹300 per participant.
- Bharathanatyam, Western Dance, Singing, Drawing, Thirukkural, Colouring (Kids): ₹400.
